I was born in Pontedera (PI) and at the age of 10 I moved for family reasons to Carrara. Here I attended the Liceo Art School, after which I continued my studies in Florence, where I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, Sculpture section. A choice that was certainly unusual but it allowed me to live and experience a fascinating and cosmopolitan city.
After finishing my studies and returning to Carrara, I deepened my
technique of working with marble, specialising in the field and
working for national and international artists in the Studio d'arte
Michelangelo in Carrara.
At the same time I pursued my personal artistic path
personal artistic journey, experiencing at every step the fascination of marble, a material so elegant and
eternal, making it malleable and sometimes forcing its limits.
In recent years I have participated in group exhibitions and awards,
a solo exhibition at the Tekè Gallery in Carrar, I have travelled with my art
participating in symposia both in Italy and abroad (Germany, Belgium, Egypt,
Malaysia).
I live and work in Carrara.
